Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Pricing
All prices for accommodation shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Prices are subject to change without notice.
1) Extra Services
Baby cot with linen included / Baby high chair - 5 Euros / day.
Extra divan bed with linen included - 20 Euros / day.
Additional cleaning - Price of 30 Euros for each additional cleaning.
2) Check-in / Check-Out
• Check-in at the property between 16:00 and 20:00.
• Check-in at the property between 20:00 and 24:00, has an additional cost of 30 Euros.
• Check-in at the property after midnight, has an additional cost of 50 Euros.
Check-Out is done until 10 am. Each additional hour will be charged the amount of 10 Euros / hour.
If there is a possibility, it can be done until 12:00, at no additional cost.
Between the 1st of June and the 30th of September, the time of entry into the property, may be later than usual, due to factors such as time to prepare the property taking longer, due to unforeseen events that may have happened.
Cleaning services / Accommodation linen
- The initial cleaning and exit cleaning charges are included in your stay.
- Bed linen and towels are included in your stay.
- For stays longer than 9 nights, an intermediate cleaning will be carried out, as well as a change of bed linen and bath towels.
- For stays of only 7 nights, only a change of towels is made in the middle of the stay.
- Stays of less than 7 nights will not be entitled to any change of bed linen or bath towels, only at an additional cost.
Payments / Cancellations
- For advance reservations, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to guarantee your stay.
- The remaining payment for the stay is made on the day of entry in cash or by bank transfer (up to 15 working days before entry).
- Foreign checks will not be accepted on the day of entry.
- Maximum cancellation period: Up to 1 month before your arrival (100% refundable). After the deadline, the money for your stay will not be refunded.
- YOUR HOME ALGARVE reserves the right to cancel your stay due to force majeure, such as Overbooking, necessary works in the apartment, or other valid reasons that justify the cancellation, being refunded the full amount of the deposit paid for it, or return of the deposit. total stay if the customer has paid the full amount of the stay, without any penalty for both parties.
- YOUR HOME ALGARVE will, before proceeding with the cancellation, present an alternative to the customer in order to avoid the cancellation of your stay.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay of 3 nights between the period of 16 October to 30 April (in apartments) for villas the minimum stay is always 7 nights.
- Minimum stay of 7 nights between the 1st of June and the 15th of September.
- Minimum stay of 5 nights between the period from 1 May to 31 May and from 16 September to 15 October (in apartments).
- Long-term stays are allowed, always on request for budget and availability.
Accommodation rules
- It must not exceed the maximum capacity of people staying at the property, incurring a penalty charge for extra guests.
- Pets are not allowed inside the properties during their accommodation.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- It is not allowed to use a portable stove or gas or charcoal stove, as well as a portable barbecue in the property, except when it has a Barbecue or similar.
- Failure to comply with the last mentioned points, your stay will be considered canceled, the money for your stay will not be refunded. You should respect normal periods of silence and rest, avoiding conflicts between owners or neighbors.
- If the property has access to the pool, you must respect the rules stipulated by the condominium.
- If you have access to a parking space, make sure you park the vehicle in the correct place.
Security Deposit
- In addition to the total amount to be paid for your stay, you must deliver to us in cash, or transfer by MB Way, a deposit in order to cover damages caused by the customer.
- The security deposit is 100 Euros.
- The deposit payment applies to customers who use YOUR HOME ALGARVE services for the first time.
- All damages caused by the customer to the property, whether for repair or replacement of the object itself, will be debited from the security deposit. If the value of the repair or replacement of the object is greater than the value of the deposit, the amount will be communicated to the customer, and billed to the same.
- Payment of the deposit in cash: Payment of the deposit is made to YOUR HOME ALGARVE upon check-in. The refund of the deposit will be given after check-out and subsequent verification of the apartment.
- MB Way transfer: The deposit will be returned no later than 7 days after check-out.
Pandemic
- Check-in can be done later than the stipulated Check-in time, in order to ensure the safety and hygiene of the property for the customer.
- Check-out must be done by 10 am, with the client not being able to request any flexibility in the departure time, unless there is no entry to the property on the same day.
- Intermediate cleaning during the stay will always be carried out in an hour to be scheduled with the client, and will be carried out without the client remaining inside the client.
- In the event of a Pandemic, in which there is a need to cancel the reservation by both parties, within the specified cancellation period, a Voucher will be issued for later use in accommodation managed by YOUR HOME ALGARVE.
Rights and duties
- Any type of claim will only be accepted within a maximum period of 1 hour after Check-in, and subsequently any type of claim will not be accepted by our entity.
- All data requested will be used only to guarantee your reservation.
